2.) Run a repair of the databases with posible dataloss (see procedure
below)
a.) Stop the information store service
b) Move out to a safe location all transaction log files
c) Run eseutil /p on the priv1.edb
d) Run eseutil /d on the priv1.edb (this will require at least 110% of the
database size of free space)
e) Start the IS service
f) Mount and then Dismount the Database
g) Run “ininteg -s<servername> -fix -test alltest” until you get 0 fixes
performed
h) Mount the databases
This process will do a hard repair on your databases and then clean up after
the fact.? This process is only to be used in situations where there is no
other alternative.

Du kan l?se problemet ved at gemme e-mailen i et andet format end Unicode i Outlook 2003. Det g?r du ved at f?lge disse trin:
| 1. | I Outlook 2003 skal du klikke p? den e-mail, du vil gemme. |
| 2. | Klik p? Gem som i menuen Filer. |
| 3. | Klik p? stedet, hvor du vil gemme filen i feltet Gem i. |
| 4. | Skriv et navn p? filen i feltet Filnavn. |
| 5. | I feltet Filtype skal du klikke p? en anden filtype end Outlook-meddelelsesformat ? Unicode og derefter klikke p? Gem. |
