You don\u2019t even need to restart Outlook!<\/p>\n<p>The script allows you to fix a single folder, a folder and its subfolders or your entire mailbox at once. It will automatically recognize folders that don\u2019t need any fixing and won\u2019t make any changes to these either.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Download the file;\u00a0<a title=\"Download: fiximportedimapfolders.zip\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howto-outlook.com\/files\/fiximportedimapfolders.zip\">fiximportedimapfolders.zip<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Open or extract the zip-file, and double click on;\u00a0<code>FixImportedIMAPFolders.vbs<\/code><\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Click on Outlook in the Taskbar to see the \u201cSelect Folder\u201d dialog.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"Select Folder Dialog\" src=\"https:\/\/www.howto-outlook.com\/pictures\/select-folder-vbscript.png\" alt=\"Select Folder Dialog\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>Select the folder that you would like to fix and press OK.\n<ul>\n<li>If you\u2019d like to fix all subfolders that need fixing as well, select the parent folder.<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019d like to fix all folders within your entire mailbox that need fixing, simply select the mailbox name.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>You\u2019ll now get a prompt whether you want to include the subfolders as well.
